OSG enjoyed working with a repeat client on Phase 1, 2, and 3 of Freedom Point Plaza project. The 10 acre site provided a perfect location for a future Harley Davidson Dealership, Ram Restaurant, a local bank, and numerous other retailers. A complete phased site development package on great soils requiring minimal import. Underground utilities were connected to existing curb side public mains and ran to all buildings and suites. Building pads and footings were excavated while the extensive parking area was curbed and paved. Aggressive scheduling allowed the project to progress well ahead of originally scheduled completion dates.
