OSG Dozing completed a comprehensive site development package for the Viridian Grove Apartments, a multifamily residential community in Tacoma, Washington. The project included extensive earthwork, underground utility installation, stormwater management, retaining walls, paving, and site improvements required to support the new residential development.

OSG’s scope included site preparation, grading, building pad excavation, utility installation for storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems, underground storm detention facilities, fire protection services, retaining wall construction, concrete preparation, asphalt paving, and associated offsite improvements. The project also required coordination with the City of Tacoma for frontage improvements, stormwater infrastructure, and roadway-related work.
