Starlite Distribution Center
OSG Dozing completed comprehensive site development services for the Starlite Distribution Center, a new 245,973-square-foot tilt-up warehouse and distribution facility. The project included extensive earthwork, underground utility installation, site grading, stormwater infrastructure, and supporting site improvements required for the large-scale industrial development.
Working closely with the project team, OSG delivered the critical civil infrastructure necessary to support the facility, including preparation of building pads, parking and truck maneuvering areas, and utility systems. Through efficient execution and a commitment to quality, OSG helped create a durable, functional site designed to support long-term industrial and distribution operations.
