OSG Dozing is providing comprehensive site development services for the new Lacey Education & Family Center (LEAF), a 45,000-square-foot early learning campus serving North Thurston Public Schools. The project includes extensive earthwork, underground utility installation, site grading, stormwater infrastructure, parking facilities, access roads, and frontage improvements to support the construction of this state-of-the-art educational facility.

Designed to serve approximately 600 half-time students ages 3–5, the campus will feature early learning classrooms, outdoor play areas, administrative offices, a library, and shared community spaces. OSG is proud to help deliver the critical site infrastructure that will support this important investment in early childhood education and the Lacey community.
