OSG Dozing completed a full site development package for the Lansdale Pointe Apartments, a multifamily residential community in Olympia, Washington. The project included extensive earthwork, demolition, grading, underground utility installation, stormwater management, concrete improvements, and roadway infrastructure to support the new residential development.

OSG’s scope included site preparation, excavation, soil export, building pad preparation, installation of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems, underground detention facilities, retaining walls, parking and drive aisle improvements, sidewalks, curbs, and asphalt paving. The project also included offsite frontage improvements and utility connections requiring coordination with the City of Olympia and surrounding properties.

Through careful planning, quality execution, and coordination with the project team, OSG delivered the complete civil infrastructure required for a successful multifamily development in a growing Olympia community.
