OSG Dozing is currently completing a comprehensive site development package for the Bradley Heights Apartments, a multifamily residential community in Puyallup, Washington. The project includes extensive earthwork, underground utility installation, stormwater infrastructure, and site improvements required to support the new residential development.

OSG’s scope includes mass excavation, building pad preparation, grading, utility installation for storm, sanitary sewer, domestic water, and fire services, storm detention systems, retaining walls, and offsite frontage improvements. The project also includes erosion and sediment control, temporary access improvements, underground utility coordination, and preparation of subgrades for future buildings, parking areas, and site amenities.

Through careful planning, efficient coordination with the project team, and a commitment to quality and safety, OSG is delivering the complete civil infrastructure necessary to support a successful multifamily development in the growing Puyallup community.
