OSG Dozing is currently completing a comprehensive site development package for the Cedar Flats Apartments, a multifamily residential community in Puyallup, Washington. The project includes extensive earthwork, underground utility installation, stormwater management, and site improvements required to support the new residential development.

OSG’s scope includes site preparation, grading, building pad excavation, utility installation for storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems, underground stormwater facilities, retaining wall construction, parking and access improvements, and associated civil infrastructure. The project also includes coordination of offsite improvements and utility connections to support the surrounding community.

Through careful scheduling, collaboration with the project team, and a commitment to quality and safety, OSG is delivering the complete civil site package necessary to create a durable foundation for this new multifamily development in Puyallup.
