ULINE Expansion

OSG Dozing completed comprehensive site development services for the expansion of ULINE's S6 Distribution Center in Lacey, Washington. The 189,810-square-foot expansion supported the continued growth of one of the region's premier distribution facilities and required extensive earthwork, underground utility installation, grading, stormwater infrastructure, and associated site improvements.

The project included civil work to support the relocation of the existing west tilt-up wall, expansion of the warehouse and office space, new loading dock infrastructure, and improvements to the surrounding site. Through careful coordination with the project team, OSG delivered the critical civil infrastructure necessary to seamlessly integrate the expansion with the existing 810,988-square-foot facility while maintaining quality, efficiency, and schedule.
