Tanglewild Apartments
OSG Dozing completed comprehensive site development for the Tanglewilde Apartments, a 177-unit multifamily community in Olympia, Washington. The project included extensive earthwork, underground utility installation, storm drainage, site grading, and construction of internal roadways, parking areas, and supporting infrastructure for the 8.4-acre residential development.
Working in coordination with the project team, OSG delivered the critical civil infrastructure required to support ten apartment buildings, garages, and community amenities. The completed site provides durable, efficient infrastructure that serves residents while supporting the continued growth of the Olympia area.
