Centralia Distribution Center - UNFI
OSG Dozing completed comprehensive site development services for the Centralia Distribution Center, a 536,409-square-foot concrete tilt-up warehouse that now serves as a UNFI distribution facility. The project included all site development and underground utility work required to support the large-scale industrial campus.
OSG's scope included extensive earthwork, site grading, underground utility installation, stormwater infrastructure, and construction of the civil improvements supporting the warehouse, mezzanine office space, truck facilities, fuel island, truck wash, scale house, guard houses, and associated site infrastructure. Through close coordination with the project team, OSG delivered the complete civil package necessary to support the successful construction of this major regional distribution center.
