Meridian Campus First Park 45

Logging, topsoil and aggregate recycling, contour sculpting, buildings, underground utilities, and paving.

First Park 45 was a LEED Certified project with an aggressive schedule. All native materials capable of being recycled were used in the construction of the new commercial site. Tree stumps and brush were ground to provide erosion mulching. 30,000 cubic yards of topsoil was screened onsite. Native gravel was crushed and placed beneath buildings, parking lots, roads, sidewalks, and used to bed underground pipes. All the while lowering our client’s construction costs and accelerating the 40 acre site’s construction schedule.

Grading operations took advantage of GPS driven equipment while performing the relocation, placement, and compaction of some 60,000 cubic yards of native soils. Concurrently underground water mains, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer utilities sized to support the 1,000,000 Square Feet of warehouse space were installed, inspected, and tested. Shortly after parking lots and roads were paved.

Our knowledge and experience in the site development field helped deliver this project under budget and ahead of schedule for an owner we continue to work for today.
