Evergreen Forest Elementary School
A phased elementary school upgrade including a complete site modernization.
OSG Dozing completed a comprehensive site redevelopment project at Evergreen Forest Elementary, including building demolition, full site regrading, underground utility improvements, and construction of new building pads and parking areas to support the district's growing needs.
The project required the excavation and export of approximately 5,000 cubic yards of unsuitable soil, installation of a new storm drainage system with an infiltration pond, replacement of an existing 15,000-gallon septic system with a new lift station connected to the municipal sewer, and construction of new water mains, fire hydrants, and fire service connections.
Through careful planning, phased construction, and close coordination with the school district, OSG successfully completed the project while minimizing disruption to the occupied campus.
